Carrot juice – good for eyesight

🥕 Good for Eyesight

2 glasses | Quick & Easy

Carrots are among the most nutrient-rich vegetables and are especially known for their high content of beta-carotene – a powerful antioxidant that is converted into vitamin A in the body.

Vitamin A plays an important role in maintaining normal eyesight and supports the eyes, especially in low-light conditions. At the same time, the antioxidants they contain help protect cells from oxidative stress and slow down the natural ageing process.

In addition, the valuable minerals and vitamins in carrots strengthen the immune system and promote healthy-looking skin. A glass of fresh carrot juice is therefore not only good for the eyes, but for the entire body.

Taste & Nutrient Combinations

Small additions can be used to adapt the effect in a targeted way:

💡 Additional Tips for Even More Benefits

Combine with a little oil: Beta-carotene is fat-soluble. A few drops of high-quality linseed or olive oil improve absorption in the body.

Drink in the morning: Ideal as a natural energy boost to start the day.

Enjoy freshly made: This helps preserve vitamins and enzymes as well as possible.

Reuse the pulp: Perfect for soups, muffins or vegetable patties – zero waste included.
