Ingredients

  • 🍎 Fresh apples: approx. 5 pieces, preferably red varieties such as Pink Lady or Gala
  • Tea of your choice: hibiscus tea for a rich red colour or classic black tea
  • 🍋 Optional: a splash of lemon juice to prevent browning
  • Optional: cinnamon stick or a little honey

✨ How to create the apple blossom

1. Preparation: Halve one apple and cut it into wafer-thin slices, ideally with a vegetable slicer. Tip: warm the slices briefly in the microwave for 15 seconds so they become flexible.

2. Shaping: Lay the slices out in a row, slightly overlapping, and carefully roll them up until a rose shape forms.

3. Juicing: Juice the remaining 4 apples with your Kuvings juicer for the aromatic base.

4. Brewing: Gently heat the apple juice, without boiling, and let your tea steep in it. This allows the sweetness to combine directly with the aroma.

5. The magical moment: Place the rose in the glass and carefully pour the warm tea in from the side. Watch the blossom unfold!

💡 Enjoyment tip: On warm May days, you can also let the tea steep in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours and serve it as an elegant iced tea!

An unforgettable moment at the family table. Enjoy! 🍎✨
